Fairview Elementary School
Welcome To Fairview!
Learning is a cooperative activity at Fairview Elementary. We encourage participation, cooperation, and communication among parents, students, and school staff. This partnership promotes both academic and personal success for all our students.
At Fairview we believe that every student deserves the opportunity to learn in a safe, nurturing environment. Our students learn about developing good character traits through Character Plus and Peace Builders, which are both research-validated violence prevention programs. Students also participate in classroom community meetings which provide opportunities for students to learn valuable social and life skills for good character:
We use a variety of assessments to determine students’ academic needs and then provide students with multiple learning opportunities using research-based teaching methods. All students receive tiered interventions designed to remediate and accelerate their learning in both English/Language Arts and Mathematics.
Fairview is a proud member of the No Excuses University Network. We begin talking about college and careers as soon as our students begin kindergarten. We believe that all Fairview students deserve every opportunity to be supported and inspired toward high school graduation…and beyond!
Visit the events calendar on our website or contact us if you would like more information about our school. At Fairview Elementary we are planning for success!
